Epic Challenge Series - 75 Hard

The Epic Challenge Series will open with 75 Hard. This is a great way to get yourself back in the habit of training. For 75 straight days (from February 1 to April 16) you will:

  • do two 45-min workouts (one must be outside),
  • follow a meal plan of your choosing,
  • drink a gallon of water,
  • read 10 pages of a nonfiction book,
  • not consume alcohol, and
  • take a progress picture (that no one ever has to see!).

Deb Armstrong will lead this group. Members have the option of downloading the official 75 Hard app to help track progress ($4.99, iPhone and Android). We will have a private Facebook group to support each other to keep our streak going and celebrate our accomplishments!
