Come join us for a swim clinic with Coach Mary on February 12th!

1. Starts - how you leave the wall to start each set.  
2. Turns - we'll go over flip turns as well as efficient open turns so you can keep your swimming as smooth and efficient as possible.  
3. Group swimming - circle swimming, where to be in the lane, where to turn, etc.  
4. Almost everyone needs some work on these things, so definitely try to come!

Each AMC member must show your their Altitude Multisport Card which is located within the AMC Wild Appricot app.  We will provide them as people enter the building but members need to hold on to them for future sessions.

We are guests of HRCA (Highlands Ranch Community Association).  This is a homeowners' association and does not generally rent out space so we need to be respectful of their rules.
