Join us for weekly track workouts.  These will help work on speed and technique which will be a great supplement to your longer endurance runs. Track workouts will be every Tuesday alternating locations every other week.  This week join us at Cresthill Middle school on the old track on the north side of the school.

Registrants understand that there is an element of risk when participating in group activities.
