Let's do another virtual challenge! We are going to double the distance this week but you don't have to do it as a duathlon or even in one day. This week we want you to get 15k (9.3 miles) of running or walking in plus 40k (24.8 miles) of biking in. You could do 3 days of 5k and 2 days of 20k bikes or do two sprint duathlons or bike run bike or whatever you want. Feel free to do it over the whole week but please post your pictures and let us know when you finished!
